The meeting agenda is available on the City Council webpage. The City Council will hold a study session at 6:00 p.m. ahead of the regular meeting, at City Hall, 501 N. Anderson St. No action will be taken at the study session, and no public comment will be taken. Attend in person or view live on the ECTV YouTube Channel.
The 7PM regular meeting will be held in person in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 501 N. Anderson St. and via Zoom. It will also be made available live on the ECTV YouTube channel as well as the ECTV website.
Advance registration is required to provide public comment or hearing testimony via remote meeting attendance. Once registered, you will receive an email with the meeting link and phone number (for those who wish to call into the meeting).
a) Anyone wishing to provide public comment on Non-Agenda Issues (Item No. 7 on the Agenda) must: 1. Register via the Zoom link by no later than 24 hours prior to the meeting; and 2. Provide a description in the Zoom registration form of the topic upon which they wish to speak with sufficient detail to allow the Mayor to determine whether it pertains to City business or a matter over which Council has control.
